A Little About Me
I am a professional graphic designer and artist. I am an MFA graduate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and received a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz. I also recently received three AA degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, and Management, plus Specialization Certifications in Marketing and E-Commerce from Cuesta College (just for fun).
I freelance through my company Atomic Graphics, and I currently teach Digital Illustration, Intro to Visual Communication, Raster Graphics, and History of Graphic Design. I have also been pursuing public art projects since 2018.
I have lived in Pennsylvania, Arizona, California, Florida, and Nevada. Now I live in a Delaware forest with my strapping husband, two youngest daughters, a dog named Elroy, and a cat named Joan Jett.

Artist Statement
I make fine art that celebrates collections in the spirit of postmodern pluralism. Combining classic mediums with new technology I incorporate autobiographical stories with objects commonly collected as memorabilia. I am interested in melding old memories with a balance of photography and graphic design, as well as layering nostalgia with fresh methods of commentary, continuing a theme of co-existing old and new. I unify digital imaging with traits of print and lithography, working with textures and layers to represent my personality traits and who I have become from these encounters.
